The service is initially unshaped and when usage exceeds 80% of the average, the service will be shaped. The top 20% of users in each product set will be throttled on all related protocols that About IT Online deems to be abuse or file sharing over a rolling 10 day period.

These accounts are more suited for home users only. Speed is determined by Telkom Line Speed and Package Speed. Downgrade of service can only be enabled at the end of the month. Telkom Line not included.
